Meet Carson Hohe, LICSW

If you’re looking for a relaxed space to share your struggles, learn new skills for managing stressors, and move towards what matters most…

You’re in the right place.

I’m here to help you

Many of those I work with describe feeling like anxiety has taken over; constant worrying, overthinking, or trying to keep everything together while feeling overwhelmed inside. If you’ve been living on autopilot or feeling disconnected from the person you want to be, you’re not alone. My role is to help you untangle these patterns and reconnect with what matters most so you can move toward a life that feels grounded and intentional.

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders; including panic attacks, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, as well as stress, disordered eating, family conflict, difficulty setting boundaries, and the pressures that come with school/work, friendships, and social media.

My style

Therapy with me is a warm, practical, collaborative space where you don’t have to hold everything together.

My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Therapy. Together, these evidence-based methods help you break anxious patterns, change unhelpful thoughts, and gradually face the situations that keep you stuck—all while building confidence and emotional resilience.
